Located in the heart of Northern Michigan, Shanty Creek Resort is a year-round destination for families, groups, skiers, and golfers. The resort consists of 4 championship golf courses and 2 world-class ski facilities and is located next to Torch Lake, which is known for its deep crystal blue waters.
As a top destination, Shanty Creek needed a new website that showcased all of their offerings along with easy ways for customers to book and purchase everything they need when visiting the resort. Through a collaborative process with the Shanty Creek Resort marketing team, Lake Effect designed and built a modern website with a custom CMS that allows Shanty Creek to build and maintain everything on their own, so they can be reactive to any marketing or communication needs that arise.
